Mercedes-Benz Outdoor Double Skin Carcoon Airflow Storage System
For most of us; preserving our investment is at the forefront of our mind. But a fully controlled and ventilated environment such as that the CarCoon provides has always seemed a million miles away.
If you don't have the indoor space to store your car, CarCoons Double Skinned Outdoor range is your very best option. Its two layers of alloy-coated material seal in an insulating layer of dry air and offer double the protection from hostile weather. This in combination with the active carbon filters protect the environment from dew point, where condensation starts to form on any smooth surface.
How it works:
CarCoons air flow system works in two modes, an essential drying mode where maximum airflow across a warm vehicle removes moisture. This establishes a dry car in a dry environment. Then followed by a storage mode where the now dry air is re-circulated through active carbon filters, maintaining the controlled atmosphere that is generated by the drying mode.
The Outdoor CarCoon offers the very best protection for your vehicle however, if extreme winds are forecast, it is safest to uncover the car and remove the canopy. Also, heavy snow fall will eventually overpower the air pressure, causing the canopy to lean on the vehicle. Where possible, brush off any snow that may have settled on your CarCoon.
Our final snippet of advice is to keep the air filtration units off the ground, even if just by a few inches, to keep them out of any pooling rain water.

What Size?
Stated dimensions are true of when the canopy is inflated, and may not reflect the size vehicle it can accommodate. There are many factors such as uneven ground or atmospheric pressure which can affect the exact sizes, so please use these measurements only as a guide.
