Delivery is available at both express and economy levels, by land, air, and sea; and to customers in over 180 countries. * Each item possesses all the relevant documentation to reach your door without delay.

After all, Mercedes-Benz wanted the world to enjoy the fruits of their craftsmanship and so does SLSHOP. We will ensure that any part you order is promptly transported and with the most robust packaging solution.

Next Working Day - DPD
For orders before 14.30pm, select DPD. Orders after this time will be allocated to the next working day. Next Working day options are only available on products that are in stock on the day of purchase.

Standard Delivery - Parcel Force and Royal Mail
Standard delivery takes 3-5 working days.

180 International Countries* - FEDEX and TNT
We deliver worldwide using a tracked courier service. Your order will arrive within 2-10 days depending upon your delivery location. Shipping charges are calculated during checkout and are dependent on weight, size and shipping destination. This does not include import and handling charges. These are payable locally and are the responsibility of the customer. *excludes Russia

 

The order process.

  1. Order at parts.theslshop.com and we will be notified immediately of your order.
  2. James and his team will receive your order details and march through our warehouse to locate your item(s).
  3. All items, regardless of type, are rigourously inspected to ensure they meet SL Shops high standards.
  4. Using state of the art materials we will pack your parts efficiently, making sure we protect your items and the environment.
  5. Your selected courier leaves SL Shop HQ with your order, on the same weekday you made your order*.
  6. The courier will notify you with your exact delivery slot and give you the option to make any changes if required.

FAQ

Cancelling Pre-Shipment

Any order can be cancelled prior to shipment. You don't need to give us a reason. Parts that are made to order or customised cannot be cancelled unless you do so before the customisation process has started or the part has started to be manufactured.

Cancelling your order after shipment

Upon receipt of your goods, you have 90 days to return any items. They must be in the original packaging and be undamaged. 

 

The following items cannot be returned unless incorrectly supplied or damaged in transit:

  • Items that were specially made to order. This includes but is not limited to seats or covers thereof, exhaust systems, tailored car covers, carcoon storage systems etc.
  • Items that were customised to your vehicle or order specifications in any way such as bespoke wiring looms, embroidery, printing, specific dimensions or construction, colour options etc.
  • Items that were cut from a longer length or roll, including but not limited to upholstery material, wiring, pipes, and hoses.

Items Damaged in Transit:

  • Should be rejected on delivery or reported to SLSHOP with accompanying photographic evidence within 30 days of receiving the delivery.
  • Damages not reported after 30 days cannot be entertained.

Items Belonging to you that are repaired or serviced by SLSHOP:

  • Should items of this nature become damaged in transit whilst being returned to you, they are insured for the full value of the services carried out by the SL Shop.
  • Further compensation cannot be offered for any remedial work or consequential losses that resulted because of damage caused during transit.

 

All products and retail services offered by the SL Shop are covered under a 12-month warranty unless stated otherwise at the point of purchase. commencing from the date you received the items. This warranty will be null and void if there is evidence of incorrect use or fitment that may directly or indirectly have led to the components failure.

The SL Shop reserves the right to review this policy without given reason, in this instance your statutory rights will not be affected.

If for any reason you are not in agreement with the above outlined policy, please return your order to the SL Shop within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. If the items are not returned, we will assume your acceptance of all policies outlined above.
