Delivery is available at both express and economy levels, by land, air, and sea; and to customers in over 180 countries. Each item possesses all the relevant documentation to reach your door without delay.

After all, Mercedes-Benz wanted the world to enjoy the fruits of their craftsmanship and so does SLSHOP. We will ensure that any part you order is promptly transported and protected with the most robust packaging solution.

Cancelling Your Order

Any order can be cancelled prior to shipment. You don't need to give us a reason. Parts that are made to order or customised cannot be cancelled unless you do so before the customisation process has started or the part has started to be manufactured.


Cancelling your order after shipment

Upon receipt of your goods, you have 90 days to return any items. They must be in the original packaging and be undamaged. 

The following items cannot be returned unless incorrectly supplied or damaged in transit:

  • Items that were specially made to order. This includes but is not limited to seats or covers thereof, exhaust systems, tailored car covers, carcoon storage systems etc.
  • Items that were customised to your vehicle or order specifications in any way such as bespoke wiring looms, embroidery, printing, specific dimensions or construction, colour options etc.
  • Items that were cut from a longer length or roll, including but not limited to upholstery material, wiring, pipes, and hoses.

Items Damaged in Transit:

  • Should be rejected on delivery and reported to SLSHOP with accompanying photographic evidence within 30 days of receiving the delivery.
  • Damages not reported after 30 days cannot be accepted.


All products and retail services offered by the SLSHOP are covered under a 12-month warranty unless stated otherwise at the point of purchase. commencing from the date you received the items. This warranty will be null and void if there is evidence of incorrect use or fitment that may directly or indirectly have led to the components failure.

The SL Shop reserves the right to review this policy without given reason, in this instance your statutory rights will not be affected.

If for any reason you are not in agreement with the above outlined policy, please return your order to the SLSHOP within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. If the items are not returned, we will assume your acceptance of all policies outlined above.
