This now offers owners and restorers alike the opportunity to source new genuine components where they are otherwise no longer obtainable, even direct from Mercedes.
This wiring harness suits all German/European spec 250 and 280SL W113 models. It is for the rear end of the vehicle only, including lighting and fuel system. All sheathing and plug connectors are in place, meaning the loom is ready to fit. A genuine original component in brand new condition, standing proud above modern made reproductions. Note, this loom was originally integral with the front half, all as one. However, for vehicles needing a rear end harness only, Mercedes manufactured this item with a 12 pin male connector. This allows you to choose between cut-and-solder or retrofitting a 12 pin female connector (# 0005453628) to the front half of your wiring loom.
This component is an original survivor, not be confused with modern reproductions. Where applicable, these items retain original Mercedes-Benz packaging.
