Additional Information
The ABC pump needs to be properly primed with fluid to function correctly. If the pump runs dry, it won't build pressure.
Air in the system can prevent the pump from creating pressure. Check for leaks that might be allowing air to enter.
The ABC system relies on pressure sensors to monitor and regulate pressure. If these sensors are faulty, they may not correctly indicate pressure, triggering a warning.
2 System Leaks:
Use a diagnostic scanner to check for ABC system error codes. Common codes include "C1525-System Pressure Too Low" and "C1526-Malfunction in Pressure Supply".
Carefully inspect the entire ABC system, including hoses, connections, and the pump itself, for any signs of leaks.
Ensure the ABC reservoir is filled to the correct level and that the suction restrictor valve is functioning correctly.
Use an air pressurizing kit to help prime the pump and bleed the system.
