What is it?
The brake lines in your Mercedes-Benz R107 have a very important job in brake performance and function; they turn pedal pressure into stopping power.
The brake fluid, which is stored in the master cylinder, is transferred from the master cylinder to the brake calipers via the brake lines when the brake pedal is pushed.
Where does it go?
This product goes between the pipe work underneath your vehicle and the calipers.
Why do I need it?
Braided brake lines supply flexibility and strength for better performance. The built-in quality of braided brake lines means they offer an effective and durable solution that can fit into a hydraulic brake system.
Another positive of having braided brake lines is that they last a lot longer than rubber. Braided lines can resist the pressure associated with the brake system and don’t swell; therefore they can continue to perform to a high standard over a long period.
